English tour in PLN on the Polish source: 2h 550, 3h 700, 4h 850, each hour after four 150. English tour in USD on the English source: 2h 145, 3h 185, 4h 224, each hour after four 40. USD prices are source quotes, not currency conversions. Headsets: 10 PLN/person on Polish pages or 5 USD/person on English pages; required for groups of 20 or more. - **Where do we meet and how long is the tour?** We agree on a meeting point, such as the Main Market Square, Kazimierz or a central hotel when it suits the route. Most tours last 2, 3 or 4 hours. Meeting at your hotel means starting a walking tour there; it does not include a transfer.
- **What happens if it rains?** Tours run in all weather. In heavy rain, we can adapt the route and spend more time indoors where possible. Wear comfortable, waterproof shoes.
- **How can I pay?** Payment is usually in cash after the tour or by bank transfer. Please agree on the payment arrangements when booking and mention if you need an invoice.

- **Co jest wliczone w cenę?** Usługa przewodnicka i pomoc w zaplanowaniu trasy. Bilety do muzeów, kościołów i innych wnętrz są dodatkowo płatne. Transport, jedzenie i pamiątki nie są wliczone. Zestawy słuchawkowe kosztują 10 zł/os. i są obowiązkowe od 20 osób.
- **Czy spacer można dopasować do dzieci lub potrzeb grupy?** Tak. Trasę, język opowieści i tempo dobieramy do Was. Możemy zaplanować przerwy, połączyć dzielnice lub dodać muzeum. Napisz o wieku dzieci, wózku lub ograniczonej mobilności. Nie wszystkie wnętrza są dostępne bez schodów.
- **Gdzie się spotykamy i ile trwa wycieczka?** Miejsce spotkania ustalamy indywidualnie — na przykład na Rynku Głównym, na Kazimierzu lub przy hotelu w centrum, jeśli pasuje to do trasy. Najczęściej zwiedzamy 2, 3 albo 4 godziny. Start przy hotelu oznacza rozpoczęcie spaceru, nie transfer.
- **Co w razie deszczu?** Wycieczki odbywają się niezależnie od pogody. Przy silnym deszczu można zmienić przebieg spaceru i spędzić więcej czasu we wnętrzach. Pamiętaj o wygodnych, nieprzemakalnych butach.
