How do I book a private guide in Kraków?
Call +48 501 962 037 or email kontakt@zwiedzaniekrakowa.com with your preferred date and time, group size, language and approximate tour length. Małgorzata Kasprowicz confirms availability and arrangements personally.
Are prices per person or per group?
An English tour costs $145 for 2 hours, $185 for 3 hours or $224 for 4 hours for the whole group. Each additional hour after 4 hours costs $40. See the full price table above.
What is included in the tour price?
Your guide’s service and help planning the route are included. Museum, church and other admission tickets cost extra. Transport, food and souvenirs are not included. Wireless headsets cost $5 per person and are required for groups of 20 or more.
Can you adapt the tour for children or mobility needs?
Yes. We agree on a route, pace and breaks that suit your group. Please mention children’s ages, pushchairs or mobility needs when enquiring. Parts of Kraków are cobbled or hilly, and some interiors have stairs.
Where do we meet and how long is the tour?
We agree on a meeting point, such as the Main Market Square, Kazimierz or a central hotel when it suits the route. Most tours last 2, 3 or 4 hours. Meeting at your hotel means starting a walking tour there; it does not include a transfer.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run in all weather. In heavy rain, we can adapt the route and spend more time indoors where possible. Wear comfortable, waterproof shoes.
How can I pay?
Payment is usually in cash after the tour or by bank transfer. Please agree on the payment arrangements when booking and mention if you need an invoice.
Can I cancel a booking?
Bookings can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the agreed time. Later cancellations may incur a charge of 50% of the service price. See the original website’s terms for details.
